For the 2023/2024 Catechetical Year we offer the following options of Faith Formation for your children:

• Mary Queen of Apostles Catholic School: This is a Pre-K to 8 Elementary School.  Call:  724-335-4411 to schedule a visit.

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd:  This is a common religious experience involving children and adults in which the religious values of childhood, primarily those values of contemplation and enjoyment of God.  Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is for ages 3-12 years old.  This is a “hands-on” environment and is comprised of 3 Levels.  Classes are held on TUESDAY evenings at 6:00 PM in the Mount Saint Peter Disciple Center.

• Faith Formation for Grades K through 5:  This is the traditional classroom model of learning using “Sadlier Curriculum”.  Classes will be MONDAY evenings for Kindergarten through Fifth Grades from 6:00-7:30 PM at the Mary Queen of Apostles/Mt. St. Peter site.

• Homeschooling:  Parents can “homeschool” – teach their children Faith Formation using the “Sadlier Curriculum” for Grades K through 5.  Parents are expected to keep in touch with the Catechist for their child’s grade.

REGISTRATION FORMS are enclosed for families wishing to register their children.  Forms may be copied. Additional forms are also available on your parish website, or in the Parish Offices.  Please follow instructions on the Registration Form.
