Festa Basket Raffle
The Festa Italiana Basket Raffle is back for its 7th year, and we need your help! Festa patrons have been amazed by the beautiful, bountiful baskets generously donated by our parishioners and local community, and we would like to continue the tradition this year.
Basket drop-off will be July 25 & 26 from 12:00NN-6:00PM in the back parking lot near Marble Hall.
In-person raffle will be conducted on July 31 and August 1 during Festa, while the online raffle will begin on July 27 and end on August 1.
Can’t donate a complete basket? No worries! We will accept gift cards; sporting event, museum, or theater tickets; autographed sports memorabilia; and any unused/unopened items of which we can combine to make smaller individual baskets.
If you need to arrange a different drop-off, contact Maryellen at mschroeder@doctor.com or text 412-874-8467.
OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults)
Are you or someone you know interested in becoming Catholic?
The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) is the process through which those who are not baptized are able to become members of the Catholic Church and baptized Christians can receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Holy Communion and Confirmation).
This process includes times of study, prayer, and Rites that take place at Mass. Formation sessions will begin in mid-September.
If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Timothy Ruflin in the parish office to find out more and to set up a meeting.
